Cindy Ward, Collierville Resident, Announces Committed To Cap

Cindy Ward announces An educational program built around an individual action plan specifically developed for a committed student. The action plan will define the gap between where that student is currently and where they need to be to produce the volume it will take to CAP withina set period of time.

The gap will determine the specific steps or systems that the student must master before proceeding to the next step or system. A mentor will be chosen who has mastered and is using that specific system. An action plan may use as many as four or five different mentors for the same student. The training will be designed to follow the action plan and establish clearly defined accountabilities for the student. There will be zero tolerance for agreed upon accountabilities and schedules not met.

This is an intensive training/coaching format designed to prove that a committed student can reach a performance goal of Capping within 12 to 18 months and that once that is achieved, the student will have the knowledge and confidence that will enable them to perform at that level again and again.

Students must have a Tennessee Real Estate license, be a member of MAAR, work full time in Real Estate and apply for acceptance into the program by sending an email to the Mentor Program Team requesting an interview and stating why they think this program would make a difference for them.

An interview will be scheduled with the team and the student.

Cindy Ward is a Collierville resident and CEO of Keller Williams Realty - Memphis East.
