Collierville resident and team leader of Keller Williams Realty Memphis East, Cindy Ward announces a Business Planning Clinic presented by KWU trainer and KW MAPS coach Debbie Frapp December 14, 2013.

Debbie Frapp will teach real estate professionals to run their business as a business and strategically develop a plan for the upcoming year. Frapp will provide agents with strategies and tips on goal setting and ensure there is a purpose that is unique to each individual agent that will begin the path to a successful 2014.

Debbie Frapp is a certified KWU and KW MAPS coach. Frapp managed several high producing Keller Williams Realty offices in Texas including Amarillo, Lubbock, and Midland. Frapp earned an undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University and her Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology from Wayland Baptist University. Debbie Frapp has a successful track record and has spent the last twenty years in leadership.

Cindy Ward of Collierville Announces Several Upcoming Events in the Town

Cindy Ward is currently residing in Collierville, Tennessee and plans to attend several of the town's upcoming events. One of the planned events is Collierville Scare on The Square will be held on October 25, 2013 at The Collierville Town Square. Attendees are invited to wear costumes and enjoy the live music, games, and candy. The event is from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm and trick or treating will end at 5:00 pm.

Cindy Ward Collierville also announces the Business Expo brought to residents which will include business technology, health and fitness, home improvements, show specials, sample products, holiday items, health screening, door prizes. The event will be held on October 24, 2013 at Cox Community Center from 10 am until 4 pm.

Cindy Ward is also proud to announce that Collierville will host a Veteran's Celebration on Sunday, November 10 at 2 pm at The Historic Town Square. Normandy D-Day veterans who fought in France on June 6, 1944 will be attendance. The Mid-South Navy Band, along with singers Stephen White & Julie Hight will be playing. The event will be held in the Methodist Church on Town Square in the event of inclement weather.

Cindy Ward Helps Fellow Collierville Resident

A Keller Williams agent sent an office wide email inquiring about a used lawn mower for sale for her husband who suffers from Multiple Sclerosis and has extreme difficulty walking. Without sparing a moment, team leader Cindy Ward sprang into action and called on fellow real estate agents for help to purchase a new mower for the family.

Monetary gifts from Cindy Ward and other local Germantown Keller Williams real estate agents went towards the purchase of a new riding lawn mower for a fellow agent and her family. When Ward received news of an agent needing help, she stepped into action by contacting other agents in the office. Within an hour, there was enough money raised to purchase a new lawn mower.

"Starting from a simple email Monday morning for a call out to my KW family of a need for a used riding lawn mower for my husband who has Multiple Sclerosis and can hardly walk to raising the funds necessary for a brand new one brings me to tears of joy," the agent stated after receiving the gift.
