Collierville resident, Cindy Ward was joined by her fellow leaders and the best of the best including top producers for this jam-packed event in Austin, Texas.

During the week, Cindy Ward had the opportunity to listen to panelists speak about complacency, increasing market share, wealth building, State of the Company, a global update, and state of the culture.
Cindy Ward has exhibited extraordinary leadership throughout her entire real estate career. Since Cindy entered her real estate career in 2007 and was named Rookie of the Year in the
Mid States Region out of 5 states and earned her way into the distinguished 100% Club for the years
following, she has consistently redefined what’s possible, while opening doors of wealth building and
leadership for countless real estate professionals. After joining Keller Williams and becoming the team
leader of three market centers in three different regions including the Oklahoma Region, the Greater
Heartland Region and currently the North Texas New Mexico Memphis Region , she increased the real
